Ingredients

  • 4 large tortilla wraps
  • 4 tablespoons ranch dressing (or your favorite dressing)
  • 6 chicken tenders, cooked and cut into bite-sized pieces (hot or cold—your call!)
  • 2 cups shredded lettuce
  • ½ cup shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 tomato, diced
  • ½ cucumber, sliced

How to Make

  1. Lay the tortilla wraps flat on a clean surface.Tip: If your tortillas are a little stiff, microwave them for 10-15 seconds to make them more pliable and less likely to tear.
  2. Spread 1 tablespoon of ranch dressing evenly over each tortilla.Note: Don’t go overboard with the dressing, or your wrap will get soggy! A thin layer is all you need.
  3. Divide the chopped chicken tenders evenly among the wraps.
  4. Top each wrap with shredded lettuce, cheddar cheese, diced tomato, and sliced cucumber.Tip: Feel free to add any other veggies you love! Bell peppers, onions, or even avocado would be delicious.
  5. Fold in the two edges of the tortilla towards the center.Warning: Be careful not to overfill the wraps, or they will be difficult to fold and roll!
  6. Roll the wrap tightly from the bottom up, like a burrito.
  7. Slice the wrap in half crosswise.
  8. Serve immediately and enjoy your delicious, easy Chicken Tender Wraps!Note: These wraps are best enjoyed fresh, but they can be stored in the fridge for a short time if needed. See storage tips below!

Tips & Tricks

Want to take your Chicken Tender Wraps to the next level? Here are some of my favorite tips and tricks:

  • Flavor Boosters: Add a drizzle of buffalo sauce, BBQ sauce, honey mustard, or even a dollop of guacamole for extra flavor.
  • Time-Saver: Use pre-cooked chicken tenders or rotisserie chicken to save even more time.
  • Storage Tips: Wrap the wraps tightly in plastic wrap or foil and store them in the fridge for up to 1 day. Keep in mind that the lettuce and tomato may make the wrap a little soggy over time.

Frequently Asked Questions

Can I make these ahead of time?

While these wraps are best enjoyed fresh, you can assemble them up to a few hours in advance. Just be sure to wrap them tightly and store them in the fridge. Keep in mind that the lettuce and tomato may make the wrap a little soggy over time, so don’t make them too far in advance.

What other toppings can I add?

The possibilities are endless! Some of my favorite additions include avocado, black beans, corn, bell peppers, onions, salsa, and jalapenos. Get creative and use whatever you have on hand!
