Provide a statement affirming that you have a good-faith belief that use of the identified material is unauthorized by the copyright owner, their agent, or the law. - Statement of Accuracy and Authorization
Include a statement under penalty of perjury affirming the accuracy of your information and stating explicitly that you are either the copyright owner or legally authorized to represent the copyright owner. - Signature Requirement
Your notification must include your electronic or physical signature.

We strongly recommend clearly marking your communication to ensure swift processing.
Our Response to Your Claim
Upon receipt of your valid, complete claim notice:
- Digital Dive will promptly investigate your claim.
- Digital Dive will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing content if the claim appears valid and complete.
- We will notify the user or entity responsible for posting the content, providing them an opportunity to respond or file a counter-notice under applicable laws (such as the DMCA).
Counter-Notice Procedure
If content you’ve posted has been removed or disabled due to a copyright infringement claim, and you believe this decision was incorrect, you have the right to file a counter-notice.
Your counter-notice must include:
- Your full name, mailing address, phone number, and email address.
- Identification of the removed or disabled content, including the location (URL) of the content before removal.
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good-faith belief the content was mistakenly removed or misidentified.
- Your consent to jurisdiction in the appropriate federal court.
- Your electronic or physical signature.
Counter-notices must be sent to our designated agent at legal@digitaldive.pro clearly marked “Counter-Notice.”
Repeat Infringer Policy
Digital Dive adheres strictly to a repeat-infringer policy. Individuals or entities repeatedly found violating copyright laws:
- May be permanently banned from using our websites.
- May have their accounts permanently suspended.
- May face legal action, depending on the severity and frequency of infringements.
Legal Consequences of False Claims
Submitting false claims, notices, or counter-notices may result in legal liability under applicable laws. This liability may include damages (including costs and attorneys’ fees). Digital Dive reserves the right to take appropriate legal action against individuals submitting knowingly false or misleading claims.
